A starved claim that pays from principal has already broken the vault. A stale feed that still quotes has already broken the book.
Reward math that can overpay is insolvent. An oracle that quotes on a dead feed trades the LP book on a number that is not there. We write the floor into the program: a starved claim reverts with the vault untouched. The maker refuses to quote on a stale feed. Two engines in one pinocchio program; the bin engine stays reserved.
